Somerset Federal Credit Union joined our client roster in late 2019. We began our partnership with brand messaging strategies that could be applied to all marketing communications. Our goal was to make SFCU more approachable and really showcase what is important to the organization — taking care of their members. After extensively researching their market, we developed a fresh look and the tagline “focused on you.” Our work included a complete rebrand — starting with strategy and messaging to breathing new life into the website, print collateral, branch interiors and digital marketing (including social media messaging, email blasts and an updated mobile app). We even handled their member communication during the transition period, which coincided with a global pandemic, lots of uncertainties and a constant need to evolve.
