Back in November of 2019, Exsel was called upon to help our community United Way branch, as they were about to embark on a merger. What once was United Way of Southbridge, Sturbridge, and Charlton was joining forces with United Way of Dudley-Webster to form the United Way of South Central Massachusetts.

We helped them form a plan for the upcoming year, and began with an update to their website to reflect the new entity. Since direct mail was proven to be the most effective medium for their demographic, we designed some mail pieces that were oversized and attention-grabbing.
