Rich Suitum, Exsel President (Strategy & Decisions), guides the overall direction of the agency including strategy, operations, and personnel. The combination of a CPA in his background, the "goto" tech guy, and over 20 years of marketing experience with Exsel provides a unique skill set that helps create the highest quality solutions for clients. He has been responsible for such projects as a new brand rollout for Columbian Envelopes that featured hundreds of SKUs; the rebranding of Titeflex, a global industrial company; the development and coordination of coop advertising programs for Vibram including execution with numerous large retail chains; and recently oversaw the rebranding of long time Exsel client Mylec Sports to rave reviews by buyers at major sporting good chains.

A golfer and a kayaker, Rich has put aside his coaching hats and enjoys taking in as many of his daughters sporting events and activities as possible.
